Biography:

I began working in the field of education in 2019 as a substitute teacher. I graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2022 with highest honors and began teaching in my own classroom. I am passionate about creating an engaging classroom environment, especially through using games to enhance learning. My husband, Jake, and I are both from Mobile, AL, and graduated from Mary G. Montgomery High School. We moved to this area because he took on the position of Family Ministries Pastor at Safe Harbor Outreach Center. We have one son, Tatum, and one dog, Milo. In my free time, I enjoy reading, binge watching my favorite shows, running, and playing board/table games like Catan and DnD.
